| KAPID is an industrial association of
photonics in Korea. The aims of KAPID are to build strengthen
ties within the industry and to make mutual benefits from public
and private sectors. The major activities
of KAPID are to support R&D of photonics technology, to
distribute of its results, to build up international cooperative
projects & programs, and to foster overall developments
of photonics industry in Korea.
Furthermore, KAPID provides data and informational
materials of R&D, technology, technology transfer and
photonics market research for the members.
On behalf of the members, KAPID also collect
opinions from the industry to make proposals to the government
which the activities are to protect and support the rights
and interests of the member companies.
Eventually, KAPID is to devote itself to
develop the Korean economy and improve the national wealth. |
